NAF Special Forces rescue seven Chinese hostages from terrorists

The Nigerian Air Force’s Special Forces unit successfully rescued seven Chinese nationals who had been taken hostage by terrorists in Kaduna State.

According to the Kaduna State Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs, Samuel Aruwan, the victims had been kidnapped in June from a neighbouring state.

The rescue operation took place in the Kampanin Doka and Gwaska areas of Birnin Gwari Local Government Area and was carried out by the Special Forces under the 271 NAF detachment.

The hostages were successfully rescued and are now safe.
