The Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) on Tuesday announced the commencement of its online visa delivery system for foreign investors intending to visit the country.

This was disclosed in Abuja by the Comptroller-General of NIS, Mohammed Babandede.

He said the online service is in line with the Presidential Executive Order and the federal government’s Ease of Doing Business policy.

”If you apply for a visa and comply with our requirements, we will respond to you by email.”

Speaking to newsmen at the same location, which was the venue for a presentation of the Handbook on the operationalisation of the Presidential Executive Order, the minister of Interior, Lt. General Bello Dambazzau (rtd) commended the NIS.
