Nigeria’s D’Tigresses have qualified for the semi-finals of the 2017 Fiba Women’s AfroBasket Championship in Mali after whitewashing Cote d’Ivoire 98-43 in the quarter-finals.

The dominant Nigerian ladies made it six wins in six games by virtue of today’s victory.

They had earlier taken Mozambique, Congo, Egypt, Guinea, and Senegal to the cleaners.

And based on their strong showing at the tournament, they are heavily regarded as favourites to go all the way as they await the winners of the Mali versus Egypt quarter-final game.
