Nigeria’s Vice President Shettima Arrives Lagos For Investment Summit

LAGOS, Nigeria — Vice President Kashim Shettima has arrived at the Invest in Lagos Summit 3.0 as the Special Guest of Honour, joining government officials, business leaders and investors at the event in Lagos.

Okay News reports that the summit, themed “Lagos: The Business Gateway to Africa,” is taking place at Eko Hotel and Suites in Victoria Island.

Shettima is expected to use the gathering to reaffirm President Bola Tinubu’s commitment to building a $1 trillion economy through increased investment, enterprise development and stronger collaboration between the federal and state governments.

The vice president is also expected to highlight the administration’s ongoing economic reforms aimed at attracting private capital, improving competitiveness and creating a stable and transparent environment for businesses and investors.

The summit brings together stakeholders from the public and private sectors to discuss strategies for expanding investment opportunities and strengthening Lagos’ position as a leading commercial hub on the African continent.
