NSIA-LUTH Cancer Centre Receives Prestigious Award for Outstanding Oncology Care

The NSIA-LUTH Cancer Centre (NLCC) has been honored with the esteemed title of “Most Outstanding Oncology Centre of the Year” at the Nigerian Healthcare Excellence Awards.

The announcement was made during a ceremonious event held on June 23rd, where NLCC emerged as a beacon of excellence in the field of cancer care.

NLCC, an outpatient cancer center established as a joint venture between the Nigerian Health Development and Investment Company (NHDIC) and the renowned Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH), has been making significant strides since its inception on May 29, 2019.

The center’s integration within LUTH, a revered healthcare institution, has provided NLCC with a solid foundation of expertise and resources.

Expressing their gratitude, NLCC in a series of posts via Twitter dedicated this prestigious award to the patients and their families, acknowledging their strength and perseverance in the face of cancer.
