Former President, Olusegun Obasanjo, wrote another open letter to President Muhammadu Buhari where he talked about security, as he call for urgent actions to combat the challenges.

Okay.ng obtained the 4-page letter from Kehinde Akinyemi, his Special Assistant on Media on Monday.
