Ibi, NIGERIA — Plateau State Governor Caleb Mutfwang represented retired General Theophilus Yakubu Danjuma at the 2026 Nwonyo Fishing Festival held at Nwonyo Creek in Ibi, Taraba State, on Saturday, April 18, 2026.
