The Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) said that Biodun Fatoyinbo of Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA), has refused to honour the invitations of panel investigation rape allegations against him.

PFN, therefore, declared the investigation inconclusive.

It can be recalled that the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) had given the PFN two-week ultimatum to submit its report on the investigation.

Busola, the wife of Nigerian singer, Timi Dakolo, accused Fatoyinbo of raping her in her early days, when she was still 16 years old.
