Professor Biodun Ogunyemi, ASUU President, stated in a Strike Bulletin 9 sent to branches of the union on Thursday.

The union had back in November, 2018, asked its members across the country to begin an indefinite industrial action due to the poor funding of universities in the country, okay reports.

In the bulletin 9, the union stated that the Federal Government failed to address the issue of renegotiation of the 2009 FGN/ASUU Agreement in its new offer made to the union last Monday.

The president also disclosed in the bulletin that although the Federal Government had improved its earlier offers, there were still critical unresolved issues.
