Supreme Court Adjourns Hearing on States’ Suit against CBN’s Naira Redesign Policy

The Supreme Court on Wednesday adjourned the hearing of the case filed by Kaduna, Kogi and Zamfara states against the Federal Government seeking a restraining order to stop the full implementation of the naira redesign policy of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).

The hearing has been adjourned until February 22, 2023.
