Tinubu to Address Nation Amid #EndBadGovernance Protests

In a significant development following nationwide #EndBadGovernance protests, President Bola Tinubu is set to address the Nigerian nation in a broadcast scheduled for Sunday, August 4, 2024.

The announcement came through a press release from the State House, issued by Chief Ajuri Ngelale, the Special Adviser to the President on Media & Publicity, on Saturday.

According to the statement, the presidential address will air at 7:00 am, with repeat broadcasts at 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm on the same day.

Ajuri instructed all television, radio, and other electronic media outlets to connect to the network services of the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) and the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN) for the broadcast.
