United is the richest club in the premier league and Arsene Wenger has admitted he is fearful that United will lure away all potential Arsenal targets with cash.

United who are known to spend big during the transfer season already announced the signing of Depay. A deal that caused €27.5 million. United spent heavily last season, bringing in Angel Di Maria, Ander Herrera, Luke Shaw, Marcos Rojo and Daley Blind for a combined fee of close to €200m.

Wenger believes United will splurge this season again.

“I expect Manchester United to be active in the transfer market,” he told reporters. “Every player I am offered, Man Utd are already on his case!”
