Global technology company Zoho has announced the rollout of its latest agentic AI features across collaboration, customer experience, and human resources products, designed to help businesses automate repetitive work and focus on strategic tasks—all at no additional cost.

The company said the new capabilities are available immediately across its suite of more than 55 integrated applications. The launch marks another milestone in Zoho’s long-term AI strategy, which includes Zia Hubs, a system for accessing unstructured company data, and Zia LLM, Zoho’s proprietary large language model built specifically for business users.

Together with the company’s long-standing AI assistant, Zia, these tools form the foundation of Zoho’s agentic AI approach, aimed at delivering deeper insights and greater operational efficiency across departments.

Speaking on the development, Kehinde Ogundare, Country Head, Zoho Nigeria, said the new features remove traditional barriers that prevent small and medium-sized enterprises from adopting AI. “Businesses are increasingly eager to leverage AI but often face obstacles such as high implementation costs, data readiness challenges, and fragmented systems. Zoho’s unified, homegrown technology stack eliminates these barriers by allowing advanced AI features to be deployed automatically and at no extra cost. Our customers don’t need to invest in third-party integrations or additional tools—the technology simply arrives and works. This approach makes AI adoption practical, affordable, and impactful for businesses across the continent,” he said.

The new agentic capabilities expand on Zoho’s growing AI ecosystem, which already includes Zia Agents, Zia Agent Studio, and Agent Marketplace. These intelligent systems allow users to perform complex tasks—such as creating contracts from multiple files, checking team availability before scheduling meetings, or automatically converting email enquiries into CRM leads—without manual input.

Within Zoho Workplace, the company’s collaboration suite, AI enhancements have been integrated across Mail, Cliq, Sheet, and Tables. The upgraded Ask Zia assistant now executes multi-step commands that span several applications, while Zoho Tables introduces AI Base Creation, enabling users to generate complete data structures from short prompts. Other new capabilities, including Keyword Extraction, Sentiment Analysis, and Language Detection, streamline data organisation and analysis.

For customer experience, Zoho Desk—used by more than 100,000 companies globally—now includes a Resolution Expert, which records and learns from past support interactions to improve future responses. Meanwhile, Zoho Sign, the firm’s secure e-signature platform, adds Agreement Intelligence, allowing users to draft and query contracts directly through Ask Zia without relying on external tools.

In the human resources segment, Zoho Recruit introduces AI-powered candidate matching and automated assessment generation to improve hiring outcomes. Zia’s matching feature analyses CVs alongside job descriptions to identify the best candidates, while AI-Assisted Assessment Generation automatically creates tailored tests for each role—reducing bias and saving time.
