Chelsea manager, Antonio Conte on Friday revealed to a press conference that Super Eagles skipper, Mikel Obi, will not be part the Blues away league clash against Hull City on Saturday due to minor muscle injury.

Ahead of this clash with the Tigers, the manager said that Mikel is suffering from a minor muscular problem.

The midfielder is yet to play a single minute for the club since returning from international assignment with Nigeria.

The latest injury worry, though minor, could rule the Super Eagles captain out of the 2018 World Cup qualifier against Zambia on October 9 in Ndola.

Conte said, “John Terry is out of tomorrow’s game. Mikel is also out with a small muscular problem.”
