Captain John Terry is to leave Chelsea at the end of the season after spending his entire career at the London club.

The 36-year-old defender has not played since February after losing his place in the team. He has made 713 appearances since making his debut in 1998.

Terry said Monday that “I will decide on my future in due course, but for now I am committed to helping the team achieve success this season.”

Chelsea leads the Premier League by four points.
