Canadian popstar Drake was seen on the red carpet with Nigerian NBA reporter Rosalyn Gold Onwude at the 2017 NBA awards.

This comes after the artiste asked the reporter out on a date during an interview.

The multiple award winning artiste attended the event, which he hosted, with the budding NBA media journalist.

The duo have bonded so much over their passion for Basketball.

Drake, 30, and Rosalyn ‘Ros’ born Rosalyn Gold Onwude gracefully took pictures on the red carpet together for the event at Pier 36 in New York.

Gold Onwude is an NBA analyst who announces games for NBC Sports Bay Area, the NBA on TNT, Pac-12 Network and the WNBA’s New York Liberty on MSG.

She studied at the Stanford University with BA in communications and a master’s degree holder in sociology from the same institution.

The budding Basketball journalist, is also a reporter for the Golden State Warriors and the San Francisco 49ers.
