Werder Bremen have re-signed striker Claudio Pizarro for his fourth spell at the club, on a one-year contract.

The Peruvian striker will play his 19th season of Bundesliga football after joining from FC Cologn

Pizarro, who has scored 192 goals in 446 games in the German top flight, intends to end his career with Bremen.
