Champions League holders, Real Madrid will give Premier league side, Chelsea two players in a bid to sign their star player, Eden Hazard at the end of the season.
According to El Espanol, the Los Blacos will offer the Blues Isco and Mateo Kovacic for Hazard.
Isco has not been playing regularly for Real Madrid so far this campaign since Santiago Solari replaced Julen Lopetegui as manager.
Kovacic is already on loan at Chelsea from Real Madrid, having moved to Stamford Bridge during the summer transfer window as part of Madrid’s deal to sign goalkeeper, Thibaut Courtois from the West London club.
The Croatian international has impressed for Chelsea since joining the club, and earlier this month he admitted he could imagine staying with the Premier League club beyond the end of his loan deal.
