Shehu Shagari, Former President of Nigeria Dies at Age 93

Shehu Shagari, a Former president of Nigeria has dead.

His death was confirmed by his grandson, Bello Shagari confirmed on Twitter, late Friday.

The Former president died at the the age of 93.

In his tweet:

I regret announcing the death of my grandfather, H.E Alhaji Shehu Shagari, who died right now after brief illness at the National hospital, Abuja, Bello Shagari wrote.
