Flying Eagles of Nigeria fail to qualify for U-20 AFCON final

The Flying Eagles of Nigeria has failed to qualify into the final of the U-20 Africa Cup of Nations after Mail defeated them 4-3 in penalties.

Paschal Onyekachi Durugbor scored in the 86th minute for Nigeria while Mamadou Traore scored an equaliser in the 78th minute.

The game which ended 1-1 proceed into penalties where the Flying Eagles failed to secure their spot in the finals.

The Flying Eagles of Nigeria will play for the bronze medal on Saturday between the loser of the second semi-final clash between South Africa & Senegal.
