Zamafara state governor Muhammed Bello Matawalle has declared amnesty for bandits, kidnappers and cattle rustlers willing to surrender to the government.

Okay.ng reports that the governor announced this during the democracy day celebration in Gusau, the state capital.

This digital news platform also understands that the government is ready to dialogue with any group of criminals that are willing to surrender.
