Kano state governor Abdullahi Ganduje has said discussions were still ongoing to resolve issues with the Emir of Kano, Muhammad Sanusi II.

Okay.ng reported that President Muhammadu Buhari held a meeting with governors of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) at the State House, Abuja.

Speaking to newsmen after the meeting, Ganduje denied the allegation that Gorilla swallowed N6.8 million from the Kano zoo.

He said was no gorilla in the zoo.

The governor said preliminary investigation has revealed that the missing money in the zoo was a case of armed robbery.

In addiiton, Gandune spoke on the issue of investigations into the Kano Emirates funds, he said that discussions are still ongoing to resolve issues with the Emir of Kano.
