Unity Bank customers, Nmeregini Chukwuebuka and Sharif Yusuf Mohd, have clinched impressive victories in the ongoing Verve National Consumer Promo.

The competition, organized by Verve Card Services Limited, saw the fortunate winners walk away with 500,000 and 150,000 naira respectively in the recent August draw.

The event featured various other Unity Bank customers who secured prizes ranging from fuel vouchers to electricity payments and shopping vouchers.

Initiated in August 2023, the promotion is set to continue until January 2024, providing an exciting opportunity for all Verve cardholders affiliated with Unity Bank, whether active or inactive, to vie for a diverse array of prizes.

To increase their likelihood of winning, customers are encouraged to activate their Verve Cards and boost their transaction frequency across multiple channels, including POS, ATM, and WEB.

Commending Verve Card for orchestrating the promotional campaign, Eghomware Iyamu, the Head of E-Business at Unity Bank, emphasized the initiative’s role in driving technological uptake, promoting e-banking, and fostering financial inclusion.

He expressed his satisfaction with the collaborative relationship between Unity Bank and Verve, highlighting the mutual benefits derived from the joint effort to foster a cashless society, digital payment integration, and convenient banking services.

In a statement, Iyamu emphasized, “Unity Bank is delighted to continue issuing Verve Cards, as the promo provides an exceptional opportunity for Unity Bank customers to enjoy significant financial benefits, including cash prizes, vouchers, and other exciting gifts.”

Furthermore, Iyamu underscored the enhanced security and convenience that come with Verve cards, citing their advanced security features designed to minimize the risk of fraudulent transactions.

Verve cards also enable customers to conduct secure payments and withdrawals at numerous locations across the country, amplifying the overall banking experience for Unity Bank patrons.

Inviting Unity Bank Plc customers to seize the opportunity to pick up and activate their Verve cards, Iyamu reiterated the bank’s commitment to recognizing customer loyalty and satisfaction.
