As part of the Ministry of Agriculture’s commitment to capacity building and employment generation, LAP offers a comprehensive training, internship, and mentorship platform to empower youths aged 18-25 in Lagos State.

  • Programme: Lagos Agripreneurship Programme (LAP)
  • Job Specifications: Full-time positions
  • Qualifications: Minimum of Senior Secondary School Certificate

Who Can Apply:

LAP welcomes applications from young individuals with a passion for agriculture who meet the following criteria:

  • Possess a minimum of Senior Secondary School Certificate.
  • Have a satisfactory physical/health condition.
  • Be between the ages of 18-25.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Candidates interested in LAP should note the following:

  • LAP is a comprehensive training programme focused on agricultural practices and creating a pool of employable individuals for commercial farms.
  • Successful completion of the training phase is mandatory before proceeding to the internship and mentorship phases.
  • Input support may be provided to top performers based on assessment results at the end of the training phase.
  • Participants will receive a stipend of N5,000.00 at the end of the training phase. However, stipends during the internship and mentorship phase are not guaranteed.

  2. Fill out the registration form and upload required documents, including the applicant’s LASRRA Card and academic credentials.
  3. Ensure all details are accurately filled to avoid incomplete applications.
  4. Shortlisted candidates will be notified via SMS to attempt an online aptitude test on scheduled dates.
