Nigerian singer David Adeleke, known by his stage name Davido, has refuted rumors suggesting that he sacked his longtime lawyer and friend, Bobo Ajudua, over alleged embezzlement.
Speculations arose recently claiming that Davido had severed ties with Ajudua, his trusted business partner and legal advisor, amid accusations of misappropriating $370,000.
However, Davido took to his Instagram account to set the record straight, asserting that the reports were inaccurate. He emphasized that despite changes in their professional relationship, they remain close friends.
In a post shared on Instagram, Davido shared a screenshot of the report and wrote, “This was not the case at all! We are still very good friends! In business, things evolve and change all the time! Please, everyone, disregard this narrative.”
