Senegalese President, Bassirou Faye, has arrived at the Presidential Villa in Abuja on a visit to President Bola Tinubu. Faye, 44, was received at the forecourt of the Villa on Thursday afternoon by President Tinubu.

This is the first time Faye has visited Nigeria since assuming office in April. He won the election on March 24 after pledging a series of reforms during his campaign.

Okay.ng understands that Faye’s visit to Nigeria is seen as a significant development in strengthening relations between the two West African nations. The meeting between the two leaders is expected to focus on bilateral issues and regional cooperation.

As the youngest president in West Africa, Faye’s visit is being closely watched by regional leaders and international observers. His reform agenda and commitment to good governance are expected to be key topics of discussion during his meeting with President Tinubu.
