As anticipation mounts for the 2024/25 UEFA Champions League, Europe’s top football clubs are gearing up for what promises to be another exhilarating season.

The group stage draw, set to take place on Thursday in Monaco, will determine the fate of the 36 qualified teams, including some of the continent’s most storied clubs and a few surprising newcomers.

This year’s competition marks a significant shift from the traditional format, with 36 teams entering a historic league phase rather than the previous 32-team, eight-group format.
