Rose Idibia, the mother of an award winning Nigeria musician Innocent Idibia, also known as 2Baba, has called on Nigerians to help her plead with Edo State lawmaker, Natasha Osawuru, to free her son.

She made the plead in a video that spread all over on Thursday evening.

As stated by Mrs Idibia, 2Baba is currently not in his right senses as a result to the divorce issues with his estranged wife, Annie.

“Good evening, Nigerians. My name is Mrs Rose Idibia, the mother of 2face (2Baba). This message is for Miss Natasha Osawaru of Edo State. I’m calling on all mothers in Nigeria to help me beg her to free my son.

“My son is going through a divorce process, and he is clearly not in his right senses now. I know my son well. That is not him.

“Please Natasha, the beads you put on his hand and on his neck, remove them and free him,” she said.

okay.ng had on Thursday reported the moment 2Baba proposed to Osawaru.

In the video, 2Baba and Osawaru were seen dancing together to the excitement of some of their allies.

2face later proceeded to present Osawaru with a ring, after which they were entangled in a long embrace.

Osawaru is a politician and PDP member of the Edo State House of Assembly representing the Egor Constituency .

Osawaru was voted into office April 2023 and hails from Egor Local Government Area of Edo State, Nigeria.
