Elumelu co-founded and serves as trustee of the Tony Elumelu Foundation. The philanthropy supports young African entrepreneurs through funding, training, and mentorship.

Transcorp Group Chairman Tony Elumelu welcomed the appointment. He highlighted her alignment with goals in innovation, wellness, and responsible practices.

“Her distinguished track record perfectly aligns with our ambition to redefine hospitality through innovation, wellness integration, and responsible business practices,” he said.
