Eleven of the 40 invited players for Nigeria’s crucial 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying matches against Egypt have arrived at the Bolton White Apartment camp site in Abuja.

The only arrivals in camp at this moment were the Nigeria-based players who ply their trade in the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL).

Those in camp are:

  • Chima Akas,
  • Etim Matthew,
  • Kalu Orji,
  • Ezenwa Ikechukwu,
  • Femi Thomas,
  • Bright Onyedikachi,
  • Chibuzor Okonkwo,
  • Sincere Seth,
  • Emmanuel Daniel,
  • Oghenekaro Etebo
  • Austin Obaroakpo.

With 11 players already in, only eight players are now expected from the home front. Coach Samson Siasia has already barred the trio of Segun Oduduwa Stanley Dimgba and Usman Mohammed from showing up after they reported late to the camp of the U-23 team without permission.
