The Abuja Appeal court has indefinitely postponed ruling on the case between the Senate president Bukola Saraki and the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT).

In September, Saraki had approached the appeal court seeking to stop his trial for supposed false declaration of assets at the CCT.

The Senate president was arraigned on September 22, after he tried ineffectively to use the Federal High Court and the Court of Appeal to thwart his arraignment.
