Popular Nigerian comedian, Abiodun Sheriff Olopade also known as Mc Abbey ‘DaProf’ has lost his dad.
According to the comedian, his late father, Chief I. O Olopade, the Akakamukoko 1 passed on few hours after they spoke.
He took to Facebook to pen him a tribute describing his dad as the first comedian he ever knew.
According to him,
I remember the last words you said to me the morning before you died… “love you, please buy the soap you bought for me before and send to me, I like it”… Suddenly at night it was the call announcing your death… Chief I. O Olopade the Akakamukoko 1, Baba chief, the first comedian I ever knew… Always laughing to my ring tone…so sad you are gone… Farewell Daddy…
