Popular British singer Ed Sheeran has suffered a broken arm after being involved in a bicycle accident in London.

The ‘Shape Of You’ singer confirmed the accident in an Instagram post on Monday. He said the accident might affect his upcoming shows.

His words: “I’ve had a bit of a bicycle accident and I’m currently waiting on some medical advice, which may affect some of my upcoming shows. Please stay tuned for further news. Ed x”

He has a host of tours in Asia scheduled for the next couple of weeks, perhaps this may be on hold till his broken arm heals.

It was learnt Ed’s first tour is scheduled for October 22 in Taipei, followed by appearances in Osaka, Tokyo in Japan, Seoul in South Korea, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Indonesia and Singapore. In mid-November, he will be performing in Malaysia and Thailand.

On November 19, he will be performing in Mumbai, India, and on November 23, his last performance holds in Dubai.
