YOLA, Nigeria — Four members of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), a soldier, and another passenger have died following a fatal road accident involving a military vehicle and a commercial bus in Adamawa State.

According to authorities, the collision involved a military gun truck travelling from Gombi to Yola and a commercial Hummer bus heading from Yola to Mubi. The impact reportedly caused the bus to overturn before it caught fire, trapping and killing all five passengers on board.
