The Hausa-language film industry was thrown into mourning following the death of a Kannywood star, Aminu Muhammad, popularly known as Kawu Mala in famous TV series ‘Dadin Kowa’.
A report from Daily Trust shows that the actor died on Sunday evening after battling a heart condition for several years.
Mala died, leaving a wife and over ten children behind.
He was laid to rest on Monday morning at Haye cemetery in Kano state’s Nasarawa local government area.
