This Beef just got real as Birdman and Lil Wayne have officially declared legal war , the settlement talks which have been broken down will now see Lil Wayne sue his boss for $8 million dollars among other things.
The 2 titans tried coming to terms this week but it wasn’t meant to be as Wayne asked the judge to declare him free of Cash Money and Birdman’s control. He said Birdman had violated their contract by withholding the release of his new album “Tha Carter V” and as for the $8million claim, Wayne said Birdman owed the money for his latest album, it was supposed to be an advance. Birdman has held firm that he will release the album “in due time.
Is Lil Wayne ungrateful or is this just a celebrity stunt to boost album sales?
