Premier League club, Liverpool have entered race to sign Borussia Monchengladbach attacking midfielder, Thorgan Hazard, according to Liga Financial.
The belgium international is the brother of Chelsea star, Eden Hazard.
He has been in dazzling form for the German side, scoring 11 goals and 6 assists.
Liverpool manager, Jurgen Klopp is considering making a move to sign the attacking midfielder in January.
The player, who also used to play for Chelsea, is said to have a release clause of £26million.
Everton and Manchester United are also apparently interested.
Hazard has a contract with his German club running until 2020 and is said to favour a return to Stamford Bridge.
