One Million Boko Haram Victims to Get $1bn – Jonathan

President Goodluck Jonathan on Saturday promised that the Federal Government would raise $1bn to support over one million Boko Haram victims.

According to Vanguard, Jonathan said this while on a courtesy visit to the Shehu of Borno, Alhaji Shehu El-Kanemi in Maiduguri while in the Borno State capital in continuation of his presidential re-election rally.
