The Duchess of Cambridge has given birth to a baby girl at 8.34am this morning ,Prince William was present during the princess’ birth at St. Mary’s Hospital in Paddington. The birth was announced in the traditional manner with a notice attached to the railings outside Buckingham Palace where a jubilant crowd cheered with delight.
