The Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, is pregnant with her first child for Prince Harry, the British royal family has announced.
The news was disclosed in the palace’s official twitter handle- @kensingtonRoyal on Monday.
It read:”Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Sussex is expecting a baby in the Spring of 2019.”
The announcement comes five months after Meghan wed Prince Harry in a glittery ceremony at Windsor Castle.
Prince Harry, 33, Queen Elizabeth’s grandson and fifth-in-line to the British throne, got married in May to Markle, 36, a U.S. actress, best known for her role in the U.S. TV legal drama “Suits”.
