Nollywood veteran Jide Kosoko has expressed his unwavering support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, stating that he has no regrets about voting for him.
In a recent appearance on Curiosity Made Me Ask with content creator Bae U Barbie, Kosoko praised President Tinubu’s performance, emphasizing that repairing a battered economy is a challenging task.
Responding to the host’s question on whether Tinubu’s supporters should be bullied, Kosoko said, “That is their own business. Their own cup of tea. I am entitled to my opinion. I love the man I voted for. And I know he is doing well.
“He is doing well. If only you know how repairing things are, you will understand that he is doing very well.”
When asked why he voted for Tinubu, the actor explained, “I voted for him because I have known him for a long time. And I have seen quite a lot of his contributions to nation building.
“You cannot even talk about this present democracy that we are all enjoying without saying Tinubu’s name among the people that struggled for us to have it.”
