Yoweri Museveni Declared Winner of Uganda’s Presidential Election

Uganda’s Electoral Commission (EC) chairman, Dr Badru Kiggundu, on Saturday declared incumbent President Yoweri Museveni and candidate of the National Resistance Movement (NRM) the winner of Uganda’s Presidential Election for his fifth term.

He polled 5,617,503 (60.7%).
