Former Kano State Governor Abdullahi Ganduje Elected APC National Chairman

The National Executive Committee (NEC) of the All Progressives Congress (APC) made a significant decision on Thursday by electing former Kano State Governor, Abdullahi Ganduje, as the new National Chairman of the party.

The appointment was announced during the 12th NEC meeting of the APC held at the Congress Hall of Transcorp Hilton in Abuja.

In addition to the National Chairman, the NEC also elected former Senate spokesman Ajibola Basiru as the new National Secretary of the APC.

The 12th NEC meeting witnessed the presence of distinguished party members and leaders, including President Bola Tinubu and Vice President Kashim Shettima.

Members of the Progressive Governors’ Forum and other chieftains of the party in the National Assembly were also in attendance.
