The Future Investment Initiative (FII) Institute has announced the official speaker lineup and program details for the 9th edition of the Future Investment Initiative (FII9), scheduled to take place from October 28 to 30, 2025, at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center in Riyadh.

Set under the theme “The Key to Prosperity: Unlocking New Frontiers of Growth,” the three-day global summit will gather the world’s most influential voices, from policymakers and investors to innovators and thought leaders, to craft actionable strategies for a rapidly transforming world.

This year’s edition will feature an exceptional roster of world leaders, including HRH Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman, Minister of Energy of Saudi Arabia; H.E. Yasir Al-Rumayyan, Governor of the Public Investment Fund and Chairman of both Saudi Aramco and FII Institute; Han Zheng, Vice President of China; and H.E. Prof. Muhammad Yunus, Nobel Peace Laureate and Founder of Grameen Bank.

Also joining the high-level dialogue are Kirill Dmitriev, CEO of the Russian Direct Investment Fund; Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, Director-General of the World Trade Organization; Yuriko Koike, Governor of Tokyo; Rachel Reeves, UK Chancellor of the Exchequer; Paul Kagame, President of Rwanda; and Ahmed al-Sharaa, President of Syria.

Adding to the powerhouse lineup are Laura Cha, Director of the Bretton Woods Committee and Trustee of the Rockefeller Foundation; Ruth Porat, President and CIO of Alphabet and Google; Dr. Eric Schmidt, former CEO and Chairman of Google; Jane Fraser, CEO of Citi; Ray Dalio, Founder of Bridgewater Associates; and Evan Spiegel, Co-Founder and CEO of Snap Inc.

According to the FII Institute, over 250 panels and discussions will tackle the defining issues shaping the global economy and society. These will include topics such as:

  • Redefining prosperity and tackling income inequality
  • The shift beyond free trade and its geopolitical impact
  • Public–private partnerships driving sustainable development
  • The global race toward quantum computing and AI leadership
  • Challenges and opportunities in the global energy transition
