Governor Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State has defected to the All Progressives Congress (APC), ending his long-standing association with the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Okay News reports that the governor made the announcement during a stakeholders meeting held at the Government House in Port Harcourt.
