Arne Slot officially begins his tenure as the new head coach of Liverpool FC today, following the departure of Jürgen Klopp.
The 45-year-old Dutchman joins Liverpool from Feyenoord, where he enjoyed three successful seasons, including securing a league title in 2023 and winning the Eredivisie Manager of the Year award twice.
According to a statement released by Liverpool FC, Slot will start working with the squad in July during a pre-season tour of the USA, which includes three games as part of the preparations for the 2024-25 season.
