Chelsea midfielder Victorien Angban joins Metz

Chelsea midfielder Victorien Angban has joined France side FC Metz on a season-long loan with an option to buy.

The Ivory Coast international moved to Chelsea in 2015 from Stade d’Abidjan FC, has spent the last three years out on loan.

The 21-year-old made 31 appearances for Waasland-Beveren in Belgium last season, following temporary spells with Spanish club Granada and Belgian side Sint-Truiden.
