Portuguese football icon Cristiano Ronaldo (CR7) has featured Nigerian singer Asake’s hit song “Active” in his latest Instagram post, which has garnered massive attention from his 639 million followers, Okay.ng reports.
In the video, Ronaldo, 39, is seen playing padel with world champion Arturo Coello while Asake’s track plays in the background.
The post quickly went viral, amassing over 2 million likes, 31,400 comments, and 13,000 shares within the first 24 hours.
Asake, thrilled by the feature, reposted the clip on his Instagram story, further boosting the song’s visibility.
“Active” is a track from Asake’s third album, ‘Lungu Boy’, released in August 2024, and features American rapper Travis Scott.
