In 2020, Olusola was appointed as the CEO of Transcorp Hotel.

As the head of Transcorp Hotels, Olusola is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the company. She has played a key role in driving the growth and expansion of Transcorp Hotels, which currently operates four hotels in Nigeria and has plans to expand its portfolio in the coming years.

Under Olusola’s leadership, Transcorp Hotels has consistently been recognized as one of the top hospitality companies in Nigeria. The company has won several awards and accolades, in Nigeria and around the World.
