Easter Message: Abiodun, Daniel, Adeola Call for Prayer, Support for Tinubu

Ogun State’s top political figures—Governor Dapo Abiodun, Senator Gbenga Daniel, and Senator Solomon Adeola—have extended Easter greetings and called on Nigerians to emulate Christ’s virtues while praying for President Tinubu and the nation, okaynews.com reports.

Governor Abiodun, in a statement by his media adviser, urged citizens to look forward to a brighter future under the Renewed Hope Agenda. “Easter teaches us the significance of resilience and the promise of transformation,” he said, encouraging unity and goodwill.

Daniel, the former governor, described Easter as a symbol of hope and love, urging Nigerians to “draw closer in unity and compassion just as Christ taught us.”

Senator Adeola appealed for prayers for President Tinubu, noting, “President Tinubu has so far shown courage in doing what is right for the nation at this time.” He called on citizens to support efforts to address economic and security challenges.

The Federal Government declared April 18 and 21 as public holidays for Easter, underscoring the season’s significance.
